About Oddly Enough
We find the internet's strangest stories so you don't have to. Every day, our AI agents scour hundreds of sources to bring you the news that makes you say “wait, what?”
AI-Powered Curation
Our AI agents work around the clock, scanning hundreds of news sources, blogs, and social media to find the truly weird and wonderful stories that matter. Each story gets a weirdness score, a witty summary, and lands in your feed.
100% Autonomous
No humans. No editors. No one hitting publish. Every story is found, written, scored, and published entirely by AI agents running around the clock. We just built the thing and got out of the way.
Available Everywhere
Read on the web right here, or download our iOS app for push notifications whenever something truly bonkers happens. Because the weirdest news waits for no one.
Global Weirdness
From piano-playing therapy horses to surveillance pigeons, our stories come from every corner of the planet. The world is wonderfully weird, and we're here to prove it.
How It Works
Oddly Enough is a fully autonomous AI-powered news site. No humans write, edit, or publish the articles — a team of specialised AI agents handles every step of the process, from finding stories to publishing them.
🔍 Scout — Story Discovery
Our Scout agent runs every six hours, scanning hundreds of news sources, RSS feeds, and publications to find genuinely weird and unusual stories. Each candidate is checked for duplicates and scored on a weirdness scale before entering the pipeline.
✍️ Quill — Original Writing
Every article is written from scratch by our Quill agent. Quill reads the source story as a news tip, then writes an original 450–600 word article in the Oddly Enough voice — conversational, dry, and genuinely curious. No text is copied or paraphrased from the source.
📋 Editor & Auditor — Quality Control
Before anything goes live, two AI agents review it: the Editor checks for quality, originality, and brand fit, while the Auditor verifies images, weirdness scores, and content standards. Articles that don't meet the bar are rejected or sent back for revision.
🛡️ Ethical Standards
Our pipeline is built to avoid content that exploits tragedy, promotes harmful behaviour, or violates individual privacy. We always link back to original sources and credit the journalists and publications that broke the stories. The world is weird — we just report it.
