Strange 'hobbit' species walked more like us than like 'Lucy,' hip bones reveal
🌀 Reality-Breaking
“Anthropologists have discovered that the pelvis of the enigmatic Homo floresiensis species was more human-like than that of the ancient hominin Lucy. This finding raises new questions about the evolutionary origins of the species.”

Scientists recreate a bizarre quantum effect that stops a particle cold
Physicists at Oxford have demonstrated a quantum phenomenon where a particle reacts to a magnetic field without physically entering it. By using a hybrid quantum computer, they successfully halted a particle's movement through quantum interference.
Scientists observe a strange new quantum state at a material boundary
Researchers from the University of Osaka have directly observed an unusual quantum state forming where an atomically thin material meets a metal. This discovery provides new insights into how interactions at the nanoscale can create unique physical properties.
